Вот очень хорошее объяснение про Навиго на реддит, правда, на английском. Используйте переводчик)
For #2, this is a common misconception. There are two distinctly separate ways of using your phone with transit in Île-de-France:
using your phone as a card, by purchasing a pass onto the phone, and tapping your card at the fare gates, or
using your phone as a portable Navigo recharge machine to recharge existing plastic Navigo cards, by placing your Navigo card on your phone's NFC reader.
These two services are strictly separate, so it's important not to mix them up. When you scan a plastic Navigo card with your phone and purchase a pass, it will load said pass onto the card you scanned only; in fact, you'll be asked to present that card again so that it can be updated. It will not "duplicate" the plastic card's data to your phone, nor allow you to use your phone as a "mirror" of your plastic Navigo card.
The other way to use your phone is that from within the app, you can purchase a pass onto the app itself. You can then tap your phone at the fare gates to validate your fare. This service does not involve charging or using any plastic Navigo cards; it is for the smartphone only. This service is only compatible with Android phones, and has not yet been rolled out on iPhones.
